Privacy policy

Arkoventa is an early-stage Australian company. This explains, in plain language, what happens to information you send us through this website.

The short version

We collect only what the form asks for, use it to reply and to learn which problems are worth solving, and don’t sell it.

What we collect

Through the form on the home page: your name and business name (both optional), an email address or other way to reach you, your industry, your description of the problem, and, if you choose to answer, how things work today. We also record which page the form was sent from, which solution you asked about (if you used one of our buttons) and whether you ticked the optional box for updates.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to understand which business problems come up often enough to be worth building software for. We may quote or summarise what people tell us when we describe problems internally, without naming you or your business.

Optional updates

We only send updates about what Arkoventa is building if you ticked the optional box. Every update will include a way to opt out, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, to our email inbox. Web3Forms and our email provider may process or store data outside Australia. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t set cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and button clicks without identifying you, we’ll update this policy first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the form on the home page and say what you’d like us to do.

Please don’t send sensitive details

Don’t include passwords, card numbers or other sensitive personal information in the form. We don’t need them to understand a business problem.

Complaints

If you think we’ve mishandled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
